Welcome to FlightSimExpo!
A guide for first-time attendees
We’re pleased to welcome flight simmers, aviation enthusiasts, professionals, students, and more to Saint Paul this June. This page has quick steps and actions for those joining us for the first time—and especially for those new to flight simulation.
Which Days Should I Attend? FlightSimExpo is a 3-day event, and it’s best to attend all 3 days if you can. If you can only attend one day, we recommend Saturday, June 13. It’s the longest day and features the most exhibit hall and seminar content.

Plan Out Your Weekend
Think About Where to Be and When
Review the following materials and think about what you'd like to see and do. Most exhibit booths are "walk up and try" and can generally be visited at any point, but seminars take place at specific dates and times.
The Schedule lists the various activities taking place throughout the show. The seminar schedule will be added in early June. Familiarize yourself with what's taking place on the days you're attending.
The Exhibitor List shows which organizations will have a presence at the show. It is categorized by each organization's type for your convenience.
The Floorplan, available in early June, provides the "lay of the land" for the entire show. Use it to understand the location of attendee check-in, seminar stages, exhibit booths, the concessions stand, and more.
