FlightSimExpo is scheduled for June 12-14, 2026 at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in Saint Paul, MN. There will be optional/add-on activities such as aviation facility tours happening on the Thursday, Friday, and Monday surrounding the event.
Please visit our Schedule page to find out about start and end times for each event day.
FlightSimExpo is working with our venue and third-party security services to apply recommended security practices throughout the event. Please wear your FlightSimExpo badge at all times when accessing event venues and expect to see a mix of security and uniformed police officers during event hours. These officers are in place to ensure the event remains accessible, safe, and welcoming to all registered attendees and partners.
Weapons will not be permitted inside the RiverCentre.
Saint Paul has much the same character as Providence, RI and should feel familiar to those who attended FlightSimExpo in 2025. The Saint Paul RiverCentre is co-located with Grand Casino Arena, where the Minnesota Wild NHL team plays.
In April, our team visited Saint Paul with Media Partner FSElite to film the 2026 Exhibitor Reveal. Watch the video here.
Wheelchair rentals and assistance are available from the RiverCentre’s guest services team at no charge. The RiverCentre does not provide mobility scooters, but we can assist with scooter rental options. Please contact us to coordinate any accessibility requests.
Pets are not permitted in the building; only service animals are allowed at the convention center.
FlightSimExpo is a community-driven event, and future shows depend on continued participation from attendees, exhibitors, and partners. The best way to ensure a 2027 event takes place is to support the one in 2026.
You can do that in a variety of ways:
- Buy a ticket, even if you’re not attending. This support will help us build events in 2027 and beyond.
- Become an FSA Captain for $48/year. The membership includes access to watch livestreamed and recorded content from this year’s show, plus $100s of discounts on software and hardware.
- Buy an Online-Only Ticket for $15, which includes access to watch content from the show. Online-Only Tickets will go on sale in May.
Since 2018, FlightSimExpo has been held in Las Vegas, Orlando, Houston, San Diego, and Providence.

Almost everything at FlightSimExpo is "walk up and try" and included with your FlightSimExpo ticket. For those looking to enhance the show experience, there are two categories of "Addons"—fun, group activities that happen before, during, and after the event:
Tours & Experiences are aviation tours, social events, and classes that happen outside of exhibit hall hours. Register for these here.
Exhibit Hall Sign-Ups are optional, free and paid activities that happen during exhibit hall hours. Learn more about Exhibit Hall Sign-Ups here.
We will publish an interactive floorplan that can be accessed in advance of the show or on-site on a mobile device. Additionally, printed event guides will be available on-site.
For those new to flight simulation, free show floor tours led by experienced flight simmers takes place on Saturday and Sunday, and are an excellent opportunity to get the "lay of the land" and ask questions about which exhibitors are most relevant as you're getting started.
