Frequently Asked Questions
FlightSimExpo is scheduled for June 21-23, 2024. There will be optional/add-on activities such as aviation facility tours happening on the Thursday, Friday, and Monday surrounding the event.
The event will be held at Tropicana Las Vegas, a hotel, resort, and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip. Free self-parking is available at the hotel for overnight and daily visitors, and hundreds of restaurants, shops, and attractions are located within walking distance. The hotel is a quick drive, taxi, or rideshare from the airport.
Registration options will be published later this year, in advance of registration opening in December 2023.
Attendees will have the choice to attend the entire event (Friday through Sunday) or just join us for the exhibit hall and presentations happening during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). There will also be a "Sunday Only" option for those unable to attend other portions of the event.
For attendees who can’t join us in-person, an "Online Only" registration option will be available to watch select event seminars online from anywhere in the world.
Our three registration options are: "Entire Event" (Friday-Sunday), "Weekend Only" (Saturday and Sunday), and "Sunday Only". Because more activities and bigger presentations tend to happen on the Saturday, our "Weekend Only" option includes both Saturday and Sunday.
If you’re planning to attend the event only on Saturday, June 22, 2024, please select the "Weekend Only" registration option.
We’re pleased to welcome children 12 years of age and younger to attend FlightSimExpo at no charge, when accompanied by a registered adult or guardian. Please complete your registration online, then email info@flightsimexpo.com and we’ll provide a code to register a child at no charge.
We ask all attendees over the age of 12 to complete a registration. 10-20% discounts on registrations are available for FSA members and from select Media Partners.
We conducted a site inspection in June 2023 and did not identify any concerns with the state of repair of the meeting space or guest rooms. During our visit, the casino and hotel appeared extremely full. As a Hilton property, Tropicana is required to maintain brand standards including a minimum level of repair.
Of course, attendees are not required to stay overnight at Tropicana and are welcome to find their own accommodation. Similarly, should you read or encounter any concerning feedback, please share it with us. We are in regular communication with Tropicana and are happy to address any concerns with them.
