FlightSimExpo provides discount codes as a benefit to make attending the event easier. We are unable to provide support with booking rental cars or airfares and are not responsible for bookings, eligibility rules, or airline policies.

Air France – KLM is pleased to offer discounted air travel for attendees of FlightSimExpo. The discount is valid for travel between 6/4/2027 and 6/22/2027.
The discount code is different based on which currency you book in:
- EUR: Book via airfrance.com or klm.com and use code GME61688EU.
- GBP: Book via airfrance.co.uk or klm..co.uk and use code GME61688GB.
- USD: Book via airfrance.us or klm.us and use code GME61688US.
Instructions:
- Select a booking website based on your preferred currency.
- At the time of booking, when you are asked "Are you travelling for business?", select YES and enter "MICE" as the "contract name".
- After entering your personal information and reviewing your trip details, enter the applicable discount code under "Do you have a discount code?".
- Click on "Apply" to activate the discount.
Notes:
The discount will be applied if the minimum airfare value (without taxes or surcharges) of the ticket is higher than €170 (or equivalent in selected currency) for intercontinental flights.
By entering "MICE" or your unique internet discount code as the contract name, you benefit from free standard seat selection and name change.

Instructions:
- Sign up for the Vegas Unlocked Pass. Enter "FlightSimExpo 2027" as the Conference Name.
- After signing up, your savings pass will be delivered to your phone via text and email and is ready to use immediately. There is no app to download.
- Redemption instructions are included with each offer; use them as desired.
