All you need to know about getting to Las Vegas
Fly to Las Vegas (LAS)

Only 15 minutes from The Strip, Harry Reid International Airport is a major transportation hub that is easily accessible on a variety of domestic and international airlines.

Rideshare
Ride share services like Uber and Lyft pick up in designated areas clearly marked inside the parking garages. A one-way ride is approximately $25. After exiting security, follow the signs inside the terminal to reach the designated ride share pickup areas. At Terminal 1, it’s located on Level 2 of the parking garage. At Terminal 3, it’s located on the Valet Level of the parking garage.
Rideshare

Taxi
Taxis are available outside baggage claim in both terminals. At Terminal 1, taxis are waiting right outside baggage claim on the east side (near outside doors 1–4). If arriving at Terminal 3, taxis are located outside on Level Zero, near door 52. A one-way ride from the airport to Westgate is a flate rate of $30.25, not including tip.
Rental Cars
Several national rental car companies offer services at the airport. FlightSimExpo offers discounted rental car options through Avis and Budget.
Rental cars are available from a central facilities located adjacent to the airport, with free shuttle service available at all terminals. View the airport's information page for details.
Vegas Loop
Vegas Loop provides fast and convenient transportation to the Las Vegas community and its visitors, including rides between LAS and Westgate Las Vegas.
From the airport, Vegas Loop pick up is on Level Zero in both terminals and drops off at Westgate Station. From the hotel, rides drop off on the Departures Curbs at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
Public Transit Options
City bus service Route 108 runs directly between the airport Westgate Las Vegas. Use RTC's trip planner for details and fares.
Drive
Several Western Cities Within Driving Distance
Las Vegas is conveniently located near several cities throughout the Southwest, with major highways including I-15 providing easy access by car from Southern California, Arizona, Utah, and beyond.
Once in Las Vegas, the FlightSimExpo venue and many attractions and dining options are conveniently accessible by car, rideshare, or public transportation.

- 3. Buy tickets for the show as soon as possible to get the best pricing.
Westgate Las Vegas is a self-contained resort and convention destination, with all FlightSimExpo functions, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other amenities located on-site. In general, there's no need to rent a car.
If you are driving to FlightSimExpo, complimentary parking is available for all attendees, including daily visitors and overnight hotel guests.
