Westgate Las Vegas is located just minutes from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and is easily accessible from I-15 and major roads throughout the Las Vegas area. Las Vegas is also within driving distance of several major cities across the southwest, including Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City.

Once at the Westgate, everything for FlightSimExpo—including the convention facilities, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other amenities—is located on-site. Numerous attractions, including the famous Las Vegas Strip, are within walking distance and easily accessible via the on-site Las Vegas Monorail station, Vegas Loop, and complimentary shuttle service for overnight guests.
On-Site Parking
Complimentary parking is available at Westgate Las Vegas for all FlightSimExpo attendees, including overnight guests and daily visitors.
Enter through the hotel's main entrance on Paradise Road. Overnight guests will receive parking instructions at check-in. Daily visitors can validate their parking by scanning a QR code at FlightSimExpo registration.
