Schedule

A Jam-Packed Weekend Perfect for Avgeeks

Which Days Should I Attend?

FlightSimExpo is a 3-day event (Friday-Sunday), and we recommend attending the entire event if you can. With so much to see and do, attending the entire event gives you time to explore exhibits, attend seminars, participate in workshops, join off-site tours, and connect with the community without feeling rushed.

The Entire Event Recommended
Arrive in Las Vegas by Thursday morning to take full advantage of FlightSimExpo 2027, including offsite tours and workshops that take place on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.
One-Day Visit
Saturday is the longest day and typically features the most exhibit hall and seminar content. Sunday has the lowest single-day ticket price and often offers the most one-on-one time with exhibitors.
