Media Partner Program
Help Spread the Word about FlightSimExpo
Our media partner program is closed for 2026. However, we still welcome media to attend and promote the event. Please register as an attendee and feel free to take photos and videos on-site to share with your audience.
Media Partners from across the simulation community help spread the word about FlightSimExpo and bring simmers from around the world to the event. In exchange for their promotion, Media Partners are eligible for several benefits, including:
- Discounted admission ticket
- Free FlightSimExpo T-Shirt
- Logo placement on the FlightSimExpo website
- A gift card to spend with your audience on-site
Requirements
The Media Partner Program is available to any organization that promotes flight simulation or aviation, subject to the following requirements:
- Has existed for at least the past 6 months
- Has at least 2,000 subscribers on their primary content platform
- Has posted at least 3 pieces of primary content within the past 2 months
- Organization deemed appropriate to represent FlightSimExpo
Any eligible media organization is encouraged to apply. Our partners range from independent content creators to mainstream aviation news outlets.
