LAS VEGAS, NV – October 15, 2026 – FlightSimExpo’s organizers have made it easier than ever for developers to participate: with loyalty and early booking discounts, partners can secure exhibit space starting at $500!

2027 Exhibit Booth Rates

FlightSimExpo exhibit booth rates include furnishings, electricity, internet, staff passes, access to the exhibitor social, and more. The event also has solutions for logistics, material handling, graphics, and computer rentals.

New in 2027, returning exhibitors and multi-year commitments are eligible for discounted booth rates. Combined with early booking savings, a 10x10 booth is 50% lower than last year!

Special rates are also available for virtual airlines, flying clubs, and other education-oriented organizations that do not charge for their services.

Prospective exhibitors should have received an email from FlightSimExpo with these details earlier today, October 15. Those who didn’t are encouraged to reach out to info@flightsimassociation.com to be added to the list. Partner opportunities are also available at flightsimexpo.com/partner.

Software is in the Spotlight for 2027

In response to community feedback, FightSimExpo continues to focus on convincing more software developers to participate. In 2027, select aircraft and scenery developers can unlock a special booth package that includes a custom booth backdrop and a 90-minute livestreamed demo session.

“We’ve noticed that when a real-world pilot sits down to fly their aircraft in the sim, attendees start watching,” says organizer Evan Reiter. “Our new Software Spotlight Booth formalizes that concept: demo sessions led by real-world pilots will be happening across the show floor.”

Not prepared to have your own booth? FlightSimExpo has introduced a ‘Showcase Ticket’ program that pairs software developers with hardware exhibitors. This enables a software developer to attend the event, demo a product, and engage with attendees—all without having to manage their own space.

“In the age of artificial intelligence, attending an event is the way to give your brand a face,” continued Reiter. “Events are the place to show the community the hard work you’re doing for them.”

The Venue

FlightSimExpo 2027 will be held at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, located just minutes from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and I-15. Numerous attractions, including the famous Las Vegas Strip, are within walking distance and easily accessible via the on-site Las Vegas Monorail station, Vegas Loop, and complimentary shuttle service for overnight guests.

Once at the Westgate, convention space, hotel rooms, restaurants, and other amenities are all connected indoors. All-in rates, including all taxes and fees, start at just $169 per night. Attendees who book in the FlightSimExpo room block enjoy free parking, discounted resort fees, and a free welcome drink.
