FlightSimExpo Releases 2027 Attendee Travel Savings

Deals on flights and hotels are available now at flightsimexpo.com. Attendee registration opens in December.

LAS VEGAS, NV – September 1, 2026 – FlightSimExpo returns to Las Vegas for 2027! The eighth annual convention held by Flight Simulation Association (FSA) takes place June 11-13, 2027 at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.

FlightSimExpo is one of the world’s largest dedicated flight simulation events, and organizers look forward to welcoming attendees from across the United States and around the globe to the event. Participants can expect to see flight simulation developers, non-profits, virtual airlines, air traffic control demos, product announcements, aviation tours, and much more.

Friday, June 11 is #FSExpoFriday! The day begins with an afternoon of product announcements and sneak-peeks from flight simulation’s biggest developers. Afterwards, attendees will have access to the exhibit hall for a preview of what’s to come on Saturday—a feature added to the event in 2026. Later that evening, all attendees are invited to the FlightSimExpo Attendee Social, and FSA Captains have the option to attend the FlightSimExpo Banquet, featuring dinner and prizes.

“Based on feedback from attendees and developers, we’re making Friday’s Exhibit Hall Preview part of FlightSimExpo again in 2027,” says FSA Co-Founder Phil Coyle. “Even better, we’re also bringing back our Attendee Social on Friday night, giving everyone another opportunity to mingle with fellow attendees and developers.”

On the weekend, attendees will have all-day access to the exhibit hall—including seminars, workshops, and more—from 9:30am to 6:00pm on Saturday, June 12, and from 9:30am to 3:00pm on Sunday, June 13.

As in past years, optional add-on tours and experiences are expected to be available on Thursday, June 11, Friday, June 12, and Monday, June 14. For the full event experience, attendees should plan to arrive in Las Vegas by Thursday and leave on Monday.

The Venue

FlightSimExpo 2027 will be held at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, located just minutes from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) and I-15. Numerous attractions, including the famous Las Vegas Strip, are within walking distance and easily accessible via the on-site Las Vegas Monorail station, Vegas Loop, and complimentary shuttle service for overnight guests.

Once at the Westgate, everything for FlightSimExpo—including the convention facilities, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other amenities—is located on-site. Free parking is available for all FlightSimExpo ticket holders, including daily attendees and those staying overnight at the Westgate.

This marks the third time FlightSimExpo has been held in Las Vegas: the show was launched at the Flamingo in 2018 and held at Rio Las Vegas in 2024.

FSA is pleased to offer discounted hotel rates and perks for FlightSimExpo attendees staying at the Westgate. All-in rates, including all taxes and fees, start at just $169 per night. Attendees who book in the FlightSimExpo room block enjoy free parking, discounted resort fees, and a free welcome drink.

The FlightSimExpo room block is available until May 17, 2027 or until sold out. When booking, make sure to request an airport view for great planespotting right from your hotel room!
