SAINT PAUL – May 15, 2026 – Flight Simulation Association’s 2026 convention is supported by more than 90 flight simulation and aviation organizations. From high-profile hardware developers to the biggest aircraft and scenery designers and even local high schools, FlightSimExpo brings together flight simulation and aviation training organizations of all sizes.

Today, FSA released the interactive virtual floorplan that shows everything happening in the Exhibit Hall on Friday-Sunday at FlightSimExpo 2026.

Alongside 70+ exhibitors, the Exhibit Hall features stage content from developers, content creators, pilots, and more. Attendees can relax with their favorite streamers in the 2026 Media Partner Lounge and enjoy refreshments from the Concession Stand.

FlightSimExpo is a Gathering Place for Developers

All Exhibitors and Sponsors are invited to The Exhibitors Lounge, sponsored by Parallel 42. Coffee, refreshments, and snacks are available throughout the weekend in this quiet space to network with fellow devs. Exhibitors and Sponsors also have exclusive access to the FlightSimExpo Developer Conference, happening on Thursday, June 11.

“FSElite is proud to support FlightSimExpo Developer Conference for its fourth year,” said Calum Martin, Content Director at FSElite. “FlightSimExpo is the world’s biggest gathering of flight sim developers. We’ve made Thursday a safe space for developers, publishers, and real-world aviation to network around ideas and how they can work together to support simmers.”

Flight Simulation Association is pleased to announce 7 new partners have been confirmed since the previous update at the end of April: Aviation Expo, Echo 19 Audio Production, FlyingArt, JetStream Designs, Next Level Racing, and TMA Simulators. The current list of partners is available at flightsimexpo.com/partners; partner registration is available until May 29.

“We are proud to be a Diamond+ Sponsor of FlightSimExpo 2026,” said Ubaid Massa, CEO of iniBuilds. “Our community team will be on-site, and we’ll have some new things to share during #FSExpoFriday and on the FSElite Stage. See you in Saint Paul!”

Exhibit Hall Sign-Ups Open Tomorrow

Alongside #FSExpoFriday’s product reveals and the Exhibit Hall, FlightSimExpo participants get access to hands-on workshops and interactive demos throughout the weekend. Topics include aircraft and scenery design, 3D modeling, vibecoding, simulator-based flight training, and career mentorship in partnership with Professional Pilots of Tomorrow. While many of the exhibits at the event are “walk up and try”, some experiences require an advance sign-up:

  • Tours & Experiences are planespotting trips and social events that happen outside of show hours. Registration for the FlightSimExpo’s 2026 Tours & Experiences is open now.

  • Exhibit Hall Sign-Ups are optional activities that happen during show hours. Exhibit Hall Sign-Ups open tomorrow (May 16) at 12pm CDT. The options are shown here.

Join FlightSimExpo in Saint Paul

FlightSimExpo takes place June 12-14, 2026 at the Saint Paul RiverCentre:

“There’s nothing like being at the event in-person, and there’s still plenty of time to make your plans to join us,” says Co-Founder Evan Reiter. “This event only happens once per year, so don’t let this one fly by! We have more than 25 new exhibitors in 2026—and you never know if they’re going to back next year. However, for those who can’t make it to Saint Paul, we will once again be streaming select portions of the event as part of our FlightSimExpo Online ticket—available for just $15.”
