Check-In Location
Attendee check-in is located in the Exhibit Hall Foyer on the 3rd Level of the Rhode Island Convention Center. If entering from the street, take the escalators up and follow signs to registration. If coming from the North Parking Garage or the Omni Hotel, stay on the same floor you enter on and follow signs to registration.
Check-In Times
Attendee check-in is available at the following times:
- Thursday, June 26: 1:00pm-6:00pm
- Friday, June 27: 9:00am-5:30pm
- Saturday, June 28: 8:00am-4:00pm
- Sunday, June 29: 8:30am-2:00pm
Thursday and Friday check-in is only for attendees participating in Friday's Product Announcement Seminars. Weekend-only attendees may check-in beginning Saturday morning.
What to Bring (and Not Bring)
For a fast and efficient check-in, bring the QR code emailed to you shortly before the event (it was sent with the subject line "FlightSimExpo 2025: Before Takeoff Checklist"). The QR code is also available by tapping on the Registration icon in the menu below. You may either print the QR code or scan it from your mobile device.
If you can't find the email, check your spam/junk folder. Even without the QR code, you'll still be able to check in using your name. We recommend bringing a photo ID, just in case.
Additionally, attendees can expect to see metal detectors in use at entrances to the venue. No weapons are permitted inside the building.
